3 stars: I will give you 3 star because the issue is the chat support or customer service hotline landline number.because the sim registered partner driver is not all available for call landline..base of may experience cansilation order to cleint..chenge number or add Sim card number .not landline to sim.

3 stars: An app that makes drivers desperate and beg for a job. Only fasters fingers first will secure a job. No matter how fast ur finger is to select a job, it will still taken by 'other' drivers. Lalamove should follow like Grab system. Assign those drivers which are the nearest to the pick up location. That way is much more fair to the rest of the drivers who are eager to select a job from the app.
3 stars: it's hard to accept booking
3 stars: when you touch the waze inside the APP. it will not work to pin the location info.instead you go to search and not working again. Theres a hasstle of contacting agents thru chat and even call.it takes 25 mins. to assist the driver having a problem with the delivery.and cannot accept another booking because of the cancellation pending.waisting of time waiting instead of go on to another transaction to gain more completed.
