4 stars: I was using two different robots before OZMO920 and this one is so far the best but I am missing custom boundaries to be saved for future use/schedule cleaning. And also it would be nice to have a option to call a robot to place near my bin so I can empty robot's bin. My bin is in the kitchen but robot base is in living room. No issues so far. I highly recommend this model to everyone!
3 stars: Robot is very good, app needs bug fixing. Dividing areas is extremely difficult, as it seems to randomly prevent some areas from being divided, which is very frustrating, giving out warnings like \
4 stars: Another thing I would like to see on the appis a button to where I can have it self empty itself when it's already on the dock that's another bug it has sometimes it doesn't self empty after I pause it and then have it resume to get back on the charger so a self emptying button would be good too
3 stars: STUPID APP. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ECOVACS HIRE SOME DECENT PROGRAMMERS GODDAMMIT. Problems: everything that everyone's been telling in so many reviews + rooms get merged randomly after every cleaning cycle. Seems like the auto room designating algorithm fires everytime a cleaning cycle ends. Please fix all the issues of this app and you'll have THE BEST robovac on the market. 3 stars because of the robot itself. -5 stars for the app
