4 stars: Very easy to use and so far very accurate. The only improvement I would make is being able to connect a little quicker or maybe device recognition. There has been a couple of times I have stood in the rain a little longer than preferred waiting for my phone to connect to the lock. To be clear, I did not have to wait a long time, maybe 45sec to 1min.
3 stars: Great for the last 2.5 years but the last few weeks the connect keeps losing wifi connection and reconnecting for unknown reasons. There is no way to ensure the update is correct. I hope they fix it because it's a pain to keep getting wifi lost/reconnected alerts or to get locked out.
4 stars: Great lock, nice app! I'm on Android, and never had any issues with the app. The only thing I find annoying is that I have to open the app to see the low battery notification. I wish the app would show a push notification for low battery because I don't open the app very often.
4 stars: Working well, my error was how to use keychain/access, etc. A CSR reached out and made sure I understood ins, and outs. Much appreciated. Also adding the connect really made this much easier with Alexa. I give 4 stars bc I feel the ins, and outs could be better explained during set up.
5 stars: Great app does what you'd expect and is very consistent. Only wish I could add people to have remote access without giving them full privileges to see and change things. Maybe I need to look further into it. But works great, these are ...
