5 stars: Best player, it supports almost every video format. I hope it can support subtitles while chromecast

4 stars: If I'm using the audio player and want to skip fwd/back a small amount (10 secs, say). Pretty basic stuff, I know, but I'm stumped... Update: Ignore anything I've said previously - THIS IS A BRILLIANT APP!! (though some basic usage tips would have helped, eg how to enter audio 'playlist mode' by swiping up the bottom line, which also gives access to more controls).
4 stars: Honestly love using this as my music player app for on the go where reception is spotty, although the biggest concern that's been bugging me lately is the sd card issue as it would say that it needs permission before I can delete a file when it already was granted that and even then, it still has issues remembering that. Minor nitpick but a bit annoying at best. Regardless, it's not enough to downgrade the personally positive experience.
3 stars: I really like VLC for desktop but this mobile version has major issues that interfere with usability. Streaming URLs doesnt work. When streaming to a connected TV, it doesn't work half the time. Hitting the lock landscape/vertical button brings up that stupid notification that covers all of the buttons, so you can't hit it again until it fades.
