5 stars: One day I simply decided that I wanted to do a 1k mile travel around Thailand and downloaded the app just before leaving home. Everything about the app functions as it says. No tricks no gimmicks. After 26 years of my life walking up to accomodation receptionists and booking in person, Agoda truly defines the digital means of what we got used to doing for decades. For future accommodation bookings, count me in.

4 stars: Good for booking. The loyalty rewards program is useless. It's for just show off that Agoda paying back to customers. Prices are same, for both old and new user.
4 stars: This time i found agoda cheaper then others but u should give complimentary discount coupon or big discount to the client who is booking from your app. This will boost the client faith on you and everytime they will book from agoda without checking others app.
