3 stars: I have submitted all my details. It's been one week and my profile is not activated still. Very poor service.
3 stars: Map of the app has some glitch for what it doesn't show the location perfectly it and also the same issue faced by the customers. While going towards the customer, that person can't see me moving towards him in the map. For this so many customers cancelled the booking. Also please revise the slab for us specially for bike taxi. Because the amount which we are getting is not sufficient for us as petrol price is high.
4 stars: Best in class compared to others, user friendly interface, While registering the new driver clearly explain the fare details and T\u0026C.
5 stars: After a week follow up, I got a call from customer support and they activated my account, and able to start my ride, thank you for your support team. Appreciate your follow up.
