5 stars: Took some getting used to and a lot of navigating with customer support. But as soon as I got a pixel phone it worked like a dream. I love the fact that I have 3 networks I can choose from. And I love the vpn. I always have the best service out of everyone I work with. I recommend buying the Fi-switch app. It helps traverse your networks a lot smoother then punching in dialer codes.
3 stars: The high speed and call quality are good, however the reduced speed (after the allotted 22 GB of high speed) is brutal. It can take over an hour to download a 4 MB podcast and forget about doing anything else while its going. I understand Google does this so I will purchase more high speed, it just gets really old some times.
4 stars: Really to be what is expected without a Google brand phone. It's hit or miss if you have anything other than one. You either have all out service or you have none. No real in between. Would give 5 stars if they would give a little more to the brands outside of the Google name.
5 stars: Connectivity was/is spotty. Signal Could be better. Compared to other phone services, fi is better. Most of my problems are because of my area. Extras would be a plus.
