3 stars: cant talked properly with the driver because i dont know what he's saying. the bubble msgs were always empty. pls fix this, it might cause a lot of problem to a lot of clients especially it concerns communication.
3 stars: Its good enough. Only problem WRONG MAPS when youbplace the ping it does not consolidate with addresses and streets. Irritating!!!
4 stars: Overall great experience of my 1st time using your service, but the App erases out my selections and the details I already typed in as soon as I moved out of the App, of course I had to check browser or maybe I need to take call. The App did not retain those information when I minimized the app. I had to start all over again, it remembers though the previously selectes pick up \u0026 drop off.
5 stars: Really delivery express! Super fast for pickup, and delivery. Easy to find a driver. And one thing I love is the live delivery update on the map.

3 stars: App is unable to get exact address on pickup point via GPS and even if you put the correct address, it keeps on auto placing its known near address from your database. Apps needs improvement, on location tracking, and must be able to allow user to place the correct address without auto placing address
