4 stars: The more information you put in, the more accurate Ovia seems to be. There are lots of articles, and cycle summaries and trends. I would recommend this app if you're TTC or TTA. The only criticism I have is that the app doesn't work without internet. We go backpacking and sometimes don't have internet, so I have to keep track of my symptoms on paper then input then once we're back to someplace with signal.

5 stars: I've used this app for years to track my cycle and ovulation when TTC, and when I wasn't, I was able to use my cycle information to talk with my doctors about symptoms of PMDD. I found my ovulation schedule was accurate when I also used ovulation strips, and can pin point the exact day of conception! All done having kids now, but still using this app to track my cycle! Highly recommend!
