5 stars: Better and quicker than via SMART phone browser. I have spent a few hundred pounds with Autodoc over the years and have not had any issues other than a single brake hose being too cheap but rectified with OEM part. Sometimes decent knowledge of options is necessary but I've not had issues.
4 stars: First time using the app and my experience was quite smooth. The app is great. I think they need to look deeper at the change password option in the app as it appears you can enter any email address you like. This should be more secure to avoid customers accounts being taken over very easily if their phone is lost or stolen.
4 stars: Great app only issues that I have found is that if you use the autodoc website and put items in your basket there not also in your basket on the app which is a shame.
