5 stars: Excellent little camera for an amazing price. I have rarely had any issues with the app or my 2 Neos smartcams I have installed. When I have had the odd problem over the year or more since I purchased them, the support team have always been very prompt at solving any issues. I always highly recommend Neos to all my friends and family. 👍
4 stars: Editing my original review regarding error 601. I can login and see my cameras just fine now. Thanks for the fast response regarding my review. I also had no idea there was a neos status page where you can check if the service is up...maybe add a link to that on the login page of the app so people can click it and quickly check? Thanks once again for the update, i can enjoy my vacation worry free again. Kresimir
4 stars: Slick and solid. Works well. The cameras are great and the app is well made. I did have the logout bug for a day, but after resetting my password the app has worked fine without interruption and has been reliable. Been using it for a couple of weeks now. Hopefully it will continue trouble free. Excellent value kit
4 stars: I use it frequently but can't give 5 stars as the automatic arming pretty much never works as the use my location get switched off magically all the time. Also the constant 'get the boost upgrade' is tiring. Apart from that cameras are fantastic and app does good enough job, shame you don't have outdoors cameras, I would defo be a customer
