3 stars: It doesn't keep working. It doesn't remember my password. It's a pain to reset.
3 stars: Oi got no help with the portal. My I'd and password had to be reset every so many days. I'm disabled and can't get there to get more help
4 stars: I like this app, however I would like to see a notification pop up on the app itself when you have a notification. Like others do, with a number in the corner on the app on the homescreen. Otherwise I dont know I have a notification unless I see it in my emails.
3 stars: It couldn't find my local hospital. No way to do a text search. Meditech has responded saying they have submitted the issue to their team. I have raised the rating by two stars for now. When I'm able to find my local hospital on the app, I will raise it higher.

4 stars: Not able to find app in the app store by using avera chart so if you lose the app on your phone your in trouble. I just spent 45 min trying to find it. For some reason I can't seem to remember 'Meditech' or recognize that app when I'm looking for avera chart.
3 stars: Only works when I am connected to cell network. Just shows white screen when I switch to Wi-Fi. Really?
