5 stars: Finding the services has been extremely helpful. I even have my fiance on here now looking for different beauty services for herself. It's a great app for last min stuff too.
4 stars: The stylists on this platform are usually not so prepared to take an appointment as booked when the point of the app is to book and just show up expecting them to be prepared for your appointment. Overall it's fun. But professionalism and understanding your booking platform is essential.
3 stars: Use to be really good app. Now they are charging clients different fees. Keeps saying I need to update, but it won't let me. And as far as the different promotions, you should ask if I'd like to take part, instead of just charging me and my clients.

3 stars: Loved it when I first started using it, until booking fee was app to clients. For god sake you charge $35 on the stylist account and payment transaction fees too. Please leave the client out of that!!
