However, if you start a form and leave the app to get information from another app (e.g. flight info, hotel address) and then come back, you have to start the form from the beginning, which is a bit frustrating. Also, the destination address line didn't fit my street address as some Spanish street names are very long, e.g. travesia de xxxxxxx de los xxxxx

When travelling international, some times you do not know the assigned flight seat number 48 hours earlier, not even 24h. 2. 4 stars: True the English is poor, but just watch the short video in the app, and it is all easy. You are able to fill it in bit at a time, and come back to it. Update after use at Málaga AGP: travellers with the app (as apposed paper) were fast tracked and time taken with checking staff was about 5 seconds. I recommend you get the app.
4 stars: Generally very good app. People complaining about poor English should bear in mind this is a Spanish app. One issue when adding my home address, it insisted that I had to put in a flat number, but many people live in a house with no flats.
