3 stars: I never see the promised bug fixes or improvements. App has still got bugs. I shut phone off for 10 minutes while I was working. The app also still blanks out the screen upon arrival to customer. The app has to be closed and reopened to see customer instructions, address, etc. Still difficult to see where new deliveries to accept are going? Often delivery locations are inaccurate.
5 stars: I was initially frustrated with the glitching but I discovered the technique of uninstalling app after every update and reinstalling. Haven't had a problem since, I love working with this company, and they're the only food delivery app I use as well. They are understanding of peoples ability to make mistakes and they don't immediately turn you away if you don't have a perfect past.
3 stars: Glitchy app. Navigating through the Postmates app often times sends you to the neighbor's house or the general neighborhood. People pay through the Postmates app and when you get to the restaurant the restaurant wants you to pay through their own website and this causes issues. For glitches go to your settings and force stop the app and try again.
