5 stars: The SpTH application is easy to understand and to use. The pages are presented in a simple format and should not present any difficulty. My only minor criticism, is that the question relating to apartment number, which is not particularly common in the UK, is a mandatory field. 4 stars: Generally very good app. People complaining about poor English should bear in mind this is a Spanish app. One issue when adding my home address, it insisted that I had to put in a flat number, but many people live in a house with no flats. I ended up getting around it by typing in 'house', which it accepted okay. Looking forward to visiting Spain. Thanks for welcoming us!
3 stars: Quite subpar development. Could've included ip location for faster filling, shouldn't have included 2 ryanairs in airline list and the address fields are close to unfillable: they don't accept accents (Spanish language??), Have way too short length max and don't accept comas (!). Did the old Renfe app developers do this one?
3 stars: Form didn't like comma or full stops. So when I copied address from google website and it said Av. Antonio. the form didnt like the (full stop) It also wanted room and floor number so I had to put a zero in form to stop an error note. (We dont know room or floor number until we get to hotel.)
