3 stars: I was logged out after using in since it was launched. Now I can't even sign in. Input phone number and the 'next' button does nothing. It was working ok when I was signed in but it uses a lot of data, forces bluetooth on and generally takes up a lot of processing power to run. Please fix
3 stars: Why old phone like samsung grand prime is not available for this app . Last week my mom went to a restorant and she cant get in because she does not have this app. She only has a old version phone . Come on make this app available for old version phone like samsung . Think about old woman (like my mom )that only have a old version phone. I am bagging you please.
4 stars: I like it! Its easy to use and very user friendly. My only feedback would be maybe allowing the users to view the assessment test one more time before actually proceeding to generating the report to make sure we don't tick the wrong box. (Cause I accidentally tick the wrong one which caused me to be in the red code 😅) Thank you 😊
3 stars: I think this app can be accessed offline for QR scanning only, except other features like articles etc to be specific. On condition bluetooth/location remain enabled. It would becomes less burden for those who have no internet. It's a good idea..
