5 stars: I made the mistake of buying my 3 tickets from Vivid Seats not knowing about how it all works I would have purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, concert has been postponed(Rolling Stones) \u0026 we cannot make the concert any-other time(screwed for sure) unless concert is cancelled. Only then can I get a refund!!! Now, I've vented....thank you very much!!!! Hope you have a great day!!!!
5 stars: Very helpful with keeping track of shows that got cancelled, due to COVID-19, and keeping track of the status of a refund, when applicable. Also stated if shows were being rescheduled and the date. Still waiting on promoters decision whether to refund, if I cannot make rescheduled date.
3 stars: Not sure why this app has constantly been updated every few days, it's not like people were able to go out to Amy concerts or events or anything. I generally don't mind updates but these constant updates seem more than a little excessive.
3 stars: Provides tickets to just about everything, pretty good prices except for the ticket fees they are a little high. Other than that nothing to complain about, if it wasn't for the ticket fees being a little high I'd give 5 stars
