3 stars: Usually works fine but Forgot Password button doesn't work, it clicks Next instead and gets stuck so can't reset it.
3 stars: I'm not glad with this app, first of all, I couldn't use the promo code, second when I place the order for a taxi it shows that i need to update the app, but i can t do it, i have no idea why. Then we install the app on another phone, and it work, even if it takes 14 min before we could place a order. But the price was ok. In general the app is useful, but not always available
5 stars: I always use cabify and get my receipts by email. Today I was charged extra for a trip, so I wrote back about this, and got a refund the same day. Excellent attention
4 stars: Very nice app, drivers are very good (preferred if they all spoke some English too), the ETA and pickup location changes at the last moment (hard to work with if you've got heavy suitcases) - needs work, very inaccurate so far.
4 stars: I like the app, good hailing tech. Bit of a language mismatch in certain parts. Some stuff in English others in Spanish. That needs to be addressed for consistency.
3 stars: Lately I cannot see my journeys using the filter, neither it shows conplete list without filter; and it does not show my profile picture (icon)
