4 stars: The app is great. Works well has some minor glitches but nothing that any other app doesn't have as well. I do wish it had a few more features at which it possibly could and our company just doesn't use them... idk... but would be nice to see other caregivers coming and going with the same clients you take care of.
3 stars: It used to work well but it recently started glitching and wouldn't let me clock in. I'd never used my client's house phone to call the clock in line so I clocked in late cuz I was hoping it'd load but then realized it wasn't going to. Location was on as usual so there was no reason for malfunction. It's incredibly inconvenient and annoying to have to listen to ALL of our tasks for a job site. Please fix this.
3 stars: I can't always fill out the covid 19 questionnaire because when they send the message the address to the site I need to sign into is broken in two different messages. Like 1/3, 2/3, \u0026 3/3 and the site will be unfound. Also, there are a lot of glitches in the sign on website with issues but it's usually very good. Overall I think it's s overall great tool.
4 stars: Great app for clocking in and for checking off the tasks for the day. I like the area for mileage and for leaving comments for the next caregiver. I also like checking my work hours for the entire month and to be able to check back as well. The client information is also very helpful. Great app!!!
