3 stars: Update: After posting this review I received a response and it was finally resolved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I paid for the starter bundle and another bundle played for 6 days, had two SRR characters and lots of other characters. Went to link my game to the IGG and it started my game over from the beginning. Put in a ticket and only got an automated message. 3 stars: The updates have been a major improvement to the game and it's the best match 3 rpg there is right now. But the summon rates are the worst I've ever seen. I get duplicates 48 out of 50 summons. It ruins an otherwise great game. Their customer service and generousity seem to be improving though. I recommend it, just don't expect to grow your team quickly.
4 stars: Updating my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. Recent updates have been great (for example, grinding for items have been made much easier which is something I appreciate). There are still many bugs and issues to be sorted, however, but they are just minor inconveniences. Keep up the great work!
3 stars: It's a fun game and it's easy to navigate but it will often, randomly, freeze up. It ruins the whole mood because I have to exit the game and reload it and wait for it to randomly freeze again. Besides that, it's a fun game.
