3 stars: I really don't like subtitles being turned on by default... I checked my settings, and subtitles are turned off. Yet, after the latest update, I must manually disable subtitles with every video I watch. This is annoying a) because my setting preferences are being ignored and b) because I have extra steps to take every time I watch a video. Please remedy this. Thank you for your time
3 stars: The app is ok at best. The navigation is pretty good, and video playback is good. There's a couple of things could be changed. First, video playback settings (Qualtity, speed, closed captioning, etc.) is pretty clunky to navigate, and closed captioning tends to go on a delay. I've docked it to three stars due to the clunkiness and delay issues of video playback.
4 stars: I pay for premium but will probably cancel. I download books, so I can listen at work, where I do not have wifi. Unfortunately, many times my book contains errors and won't play. I check before I leave home and it will play great and then 2 hours later, there is an error and it's gone. Frustrating because I pay just to download.
3 stars: Usually, I really like using youtube. But because of the new comments update where the comments are now moved, I can no longer enjoy youtube like I use to.
