3 stars: I loved this AP as it was a hassle free way to buy concert tickets and I've used it alot however amid the Covid19 pandemic I had concerts cancel that I had tickets for and I had to seek for my refunds which in my book is not cool. I feel that I should've been notified and promptly refunded not stress about expensive tickets getting refunded. I'm over it now... Sorry but cmon Live Nation!
5 stars: Easy n safe to use. Always current update on concerts with this covid so I know when it's rescheduled or cancelled or anything changes. Keeps track of my tickets for me 😁

4 stars: Smooth and fast for the most part. One improvement I would make is with navigating between seat options, when I view for more details and use the in ap button to navigate back it brings me back further and erases my seat filter choices and I have to reenter them every time. I want to view the seat location and details and be able to easier navigate back to were my sest fikters are still in place, thanks.
5 stars: Enjoy receiving ticket information as soon as its available. And also the yearly $25 ticket sales you can only get thru this app.

5 stars: Great app to find and organize concert tickets. Helps me find big artists that are coming to semi local locations. Wish they could help me find lesser known local talent.
