5 stars: LOVE LOVE LOVE this app!! I have done a lot of yoga apps in the past never has a app challenged me like this one! Not only have I lost weight but gained muscle in a few short weeks that I've done it!! It makes me feel like I'm actually in a studio, and every night it is a different set of yoga movement making it fun and adventurous! Very very very much worth the money!!
5 stars: I'm a beginner and don't have a lot of confidence when it comes to exercising or yoga. This app has been a great way to start trying yoga and their beginner level is truly beginner, with still giving you the feeling you're pushing yourself. I love that you can add a focus as well be it strength, wrists, flexibility, back etc. The one down side I've found is that nothing is downloadable.
5 stars: This is the best app I've ever had! The instructions are really helpful, meaning I can successfully do all the poses. You can change the practice type and skill level so that the poses get harder the better you become. The voice and music is really relaxing. It really feels like having a private 1 to 1 lesson with a teacher and not just watching a video.
5 stars: This app is amazing. I highly recommend this and all the other down dog apps. I started using down dog yoga at the start of UK coronavirus lockdown and I've achieved so many goals through using it (and their other apps). User friendly, easy to navigate and you can fit the settings to your personal fitness level. What are you doing...
