5 stars: I really like the animation that teaches you each move. The app offers a large variety of non-equipment and equipment workouts. You can create your own program or select a specific program whether you want to loose weight or gain muscle or both. The animation is really what sold me because there is no confusion on how to perform the move. I have completed insanity before and I found this useful and challenging. I recommend this app.
5 stars: It's an amazing app. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to be in better shape, or just stretch their bones. The animations and illustrations are clear, the exercises are really effective.
3 stars: Though I enjoyed it and the app so far has been good, 13 days in to a 21 day plan and the only exercises are repeated reverse push up and hyperextesions would of hoped for more variety in the muscle building criteria
