4 stars: Good app, easy to use. Just one issue: while waiting for the car to come, the tracking feature gets stuck at the car's initial position. Otherwise, great app.

3 stars: I use the lite version. I think a few elements that appear on the full fledge app should be on the lite version. Otherwise, I'm a happy person. Is it possible to make cashless transactions much simpler?
4 stars: Good app, but it lets me ajust the pickup location by the map, but doesnt have the same option for the destination, and the app always gets my own house in the wrong street
4 stars: Oftentimes it gets very difficult to get a cab . Also , fare differs for the same distance and time . Nevertheless , it's fairly good । Problem in opening map is very frequent .

3 stars: Last three times were a very bad experience based on GPS inaccurate pickup different fare at the end cannot communicate with driver. Love uber but there are different choices. So you better improve.
5 stars: After booking I cannot see the movement of the allowed car in your map. It is shown as still. I have to depend upon phone call to ask where the driver is. Please take necessary action.
