4 stars: For the most part I'm happy with Gmail but I find it shocking that they've not bothered to implement a feature that lets us select multiple emails. This makes clearing an inbox a huge job as you have no choice but to select and delete/move each email individually unless you're on desktop. So for that reason, they loose out on a star.
3 stars: Since the update, it is nearly impossible to get an email to send. I've had 3 different emails to my childs teacher sitting in my sent folder for almost a week. They keep saying they are queued, but won't send. Extremely frustrating. I have tried everything I can think of to fix the issue, no luck yet.
4 stars: Love the Google ecosystem, giving the Gmail app 4 stars until they allow us to manage labels in the Android mobile app like they do for iOS users. It's a feature I would use a lot if it were available (not sure why it isn't!). Currently I have to go to a computer browser to manage my labels. Google devs, I'll bump this to 5 stars once that feature is available.
3 stars: Divides up mail into different groups - Social, Promotions \u0026 regular but you can integrate them which I find frustrating. Because what I classify one way gmail classifies another. There needs to be a way that the user had control over their own email account. Also, at times my emails don't get sent \u0026 end up as Drafts. I have open WiFi so there should never be a lag of any sort.
