3 stars: It would be pretty cool if there was a widget that could allow for access to camera system directly from my phone's home screen. Other than that, I have not had any major issue with the app, it sometimes has an issue connecting when I'm away from home wifi, but 8/10 times it's works if I'm just patient
5 stars: At first i was scared due to all the bad reviews after i tired it myself i realized the bad reviews are people not knowing what to do and how to properly set this system up. Once i figured it out it works just as described added the hard drive to record and store video i got to say this has been a really good investment. Works amazing i see my videos in my phone without being connected to the house wifi. Its awsome highly recommend
4 stars: I couldn't play my past motion detected videos unless I was on my home network. This started a few weeks back. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now I can play older motion detected videos remotely. Fingers crossed it keeps working.
3 stars: Mine have always worked perfect ive checked up at home from many different places. I've had them about a year now and mine won't connect when I'm off the house WiFi. Can anyone help?
3 stars: I can only use the same wifi network to see realtime video. If i use mobile phone network or another wifi i won't open and see it.
4 stars: It's getting better, but it still crashes occasionally and the alarm video playback is SO SLOW
