5 stars: I just got this app and I already love it! First I think it's so sweet for them to have the app free while all the gyms are closed and also having it free for students during the school year. Also I love how you adjust/ create your workout each day depending on how you're feeling. So far the app is great and the workouts have been tough and fun at the same time. Totally recommend this app! Definitely will continue using it!
5 stars: Great fitness app for those individuals with limited time or access to equipment. I love that I can customize my workout time to fit in a quick session while my son naps. While familiarizing myself with the format, I found it helpful to be able to manage my rest intervals with each workout to find what provides me with the most effective workout. Highly recommended!

I've been using this app and the yoga down dog app almost everyday since the lockdown and I will keep on using it afterwards as well! :) Love being able to chose the intensity/length/ area you want to focus on! Can't recommend enough!! (also thank you for making it free to students until the 1st of July! :) )
