4 stars: user friendly app. every requirements fulfilled by using this app. always got all the updated offer while using the app. easily can control your package. I like it. One thing is missing as per my opinion that is talking to customer care executive us not easy. pls think about this option
4 stars: Good application but needs more instruction for the registration process. Track My SIM is not working and says your number is not available. Wy not add a map view were a customer can track his/her sim card and find lost devices. AFAIK this is technically possible and available since the nineties.
3 stars: Very good app to do all your network requirements. However, since the app works only with internet, I find it difficult at times to work with. Updated on 8-3-2020 At times, this app goes clueless.
3 stars: good apps. very friend interface. easy to use and give free 10mb everyday. The (chat with me) hope there some option to speak/chat for technical service. its same with 1500 call centre. no option to raise a technical problem. hope this we be resolve soon.
