4 stars: Pretty good but I feel like there should be an option to add a note to any order or at least individual items. For example, I don't want a side of bacon for an item because I don't eat meat.... so I just can't order than item and have to choose something else because a choice of meat was required. It's strange.
3 stars: This is a great app with one exception: there have been times that I have cancelled an order immediately after ordering it because of an error, and I was charged for the food which of course was never made or delivered. There should be a reasonable amount of time after making an order within which you can cancel or modify the order (3-5 minutes) without penalty
4 stars: I've used this app for a long time and I enjoy the convenience. One complaint is that for many restaurants, a lot of their menu/ordering options are missing from the app. I'm not talking about dessert items, just regular food options, so sometimes I use other delivery methods.
