3 stars: Has potential, but... I like the idea, but there are issues. For one, the app has decided that the names of my wifi networks are over 60 characters long! The names of the devices also keep changing. I'll keep it on the phone to keep track of usage and, maybe, keep track of the devices, if th ed names decide to stay the same.
5 stars: Excellent experience. Perfect for controling guests usage. Need to however list each device bt name and model to be able to pause the ones that are using way too much of our data and pause those. App used to do this at all times. Please bring this feature back. Again thanks
4 stars: Service improving. Still almost daily outages, but not as long for the most part. And when it works, it's the best! FIOS can't touch it. Telephone and Chat service has improved dramatically.
3 stars: Worked great until we got a new modem. Now doesn't track usage. Time limit is set for 2 hours daily. Daughter has been on for 5 hours and it shows 20 minutes.
4 stars: Works well and easier than needing to login to the website. Needs some minor tweaks to make it better for controlling child profiles and devices
4 stars: App often has trouble accessing information on gateway, pods, etc. it never sends me notifications when someone is accessing the Network.
3 stars: Graph is rather poor information about device is poor. Shows who is connected and a name, but not much more.
3 stars: If there's a problem with the wifi it doesn't always let...
