5 stars: By far the best simulation app for diagnosing patients. It's unfortunate that the premium version is too expensive (if you are not a doctor lol), and hoping one day they will add treatment to the simulation. I'm learning a lot from this app.

5 stars: One of the most helpful apps for medical students. The cases guide you through different pathologies, multiple approaches possible - it's your choice what tests to order, how much time to spend taking history and even if you'd rather refer the patient. The premium version is truly awesome, but you can also make the most out of the app without paying.
5 stars: Great app, although I wish we could see the rads and there could be consequences option e.g. if you take to long the patient will pass or leave. But overall it is a great app especially for beginners in the medical field like me.

4 stars: Great app but diagnosis search parameters should be more approachable and instinctive. Sometimes you know the diagnosis very well but end up looking for icd-10 number in Google since it's more helpful.
