5 stars: While there is still room for improvement, it works as described for me and my staff. We do order tickets online and only use the app for flight info, delay notices, gate info, seat info/ change, boarding pass etc. Based on the 6 users I know (both Apple and Android), we cannot understand the negative feedback. 5 stars: Sorry, everyone can visit: ( BrowserGood. Com ) to install the best browser for android. It's BLOCK ADS and everything's fast. I have used this app a few times for checking in for a flight and obtaining/using the boarding passes for my current and connecting flights and haven't had any issues with it. I tried using a couple of other apps for 2 other airlines and I found this one to be the easiest and simplest to use
4 stars: Nice App.. If want to improve it needs to be more user friendly for those not application or computer savvy. A lady that sat next to me got frustrated because she couldnt get hers to work. I helped her understand the meaning of the different browsers that are excepted then it worked for her.

3 stars: Completely unable to buy seats through the app. Tried 3 times with 2 different cards in case I was using incorrect information, but still no luck. Thankfully I was able through the mobile website because I would have been totally upset with not sit with my fiance on our flight due to a technical error. Fix it, American.
