5 stars: Really my daily companion for workouts as well as running errands and general walks. I find that it works better for me to get on a treadmil or other cardio and listen to...sometimes with modifications...to a trainer than to use a dvd or other visual streaming. It's also helping me get in some nice long walks that would be otherwise dull. The Meditations are great, as well.
3 stars: I've only just completed my first stretch routine. Only downside I see it that it did not have a video. For people who don't know anything about yoga or the poses would have been lost.
5 stars: The coaching is great and I love that I don't have to check my phone constantly to remember what I need to do next! Also the music is really good!!
5 stars: Love love love this app! The personal trainer guided workouts bring you to a sweat and can be so motivational! I'm absolutely in love with the programs this app offers!
4 stars: I used a coupon to get a year for about $50 and I think it's been totally worth it to get me to work out more. Wish there were more ways to sort workouts. They already index different types of yoga, music type, and general muscle groups used (as examples) but the only things you can sort by are level and time. Seems like a missed opportunity to let users find the workout they are in the mood for in a timely fashion.
