With the "NL Storm Team" App the client will know immediately who is available or unavailable to responding to a storm call. This eliminates the guess work for the client as to number of Linemen, Operators, & etc. that are available and willing to go. This will cut down on leg time and the client can get access to each user's profile to help them create the best possible crew roster as fast as possible. Eliminate the guessing of what personnel are available. With a simple click of a button from virtually any phone the client can create the "Event/Storm" and at a glance see what members of the "NL Storm Team" are available to help those in need. This fast and easy information by "NL Storm Team" saves precious time which affords us with a better opportunity to get out on each and every call.

How it works:

Once the client makes a call there will be a notification sent out through the app to all users. This notification will be vague and will lack details. That being said this will give you time to adjust your settings. Each member will have to create a profile with simple information such as but not limited to: Trade Class, Driver info, etc. There are also safety features such as the "Emergency" button on the app that will pin your locations to the other crews in the area who can alert the appropriate authorities as well as respond to the scene.
