1 Set your preferred training location. Anywhere can be a gym when personal training is this accessible. Just set your location, and immediately discover personal trainers in your area. You have the option of having trainers come to your location, or choosing a trainer’s provided location

2 Choose a trainer. Our trainers go through a 4-step verification process to ensure they are officially certified and qualified for personal training. They come from different backgrounds, and specialties, allowing you to choose from different training styles — from yoga, pilates, HIIT, kickboxing, TRX, calisthenics to injury rehabilitation, mobility and pain management, weight loss, pre- or post-natal training and more.

3 Book and confirm your session/s. Once you’ve found the trainer and the workout that suits you, simply set a time and location, and start training right away.

Sessions are confirmed through payment via Credit or Debit card. We don’t store any of your credit card information or details. It is completely cashless, seamless, and safe.
