3 stars: Update 2020; this app is failing often. Mostly when in the search function, it will crash. You cannot search and then delete emails. (You can only search, then scroll and find it yourself) As well, you cannot search and select multiple emails. It also will not load entire emails unless you hit the forward button, and won't let you revisit attachments. This is a recurring problem on multiple installs and phones.
3 stars: Ok - though everytime the app updates (\u0026 sometimes just randomly) I need to re-enter my email account information \u0026 set up my mailboxes again. I generally rely on email notifications on my phone so only discover that my account isn't linked when I try to check my email after not receiving notifications for a while. This has been happening regularly, very frustrating. Being able to collapse sub-folders would be a huge bonus.
4 stars: My outlook app was working fine until a while back. Today, I was not able to read my mails after opening them and now, the app itself is not opening up. It's crashing as soon as it opens. So, all I see is the outlook loading and then, it's gone. It's not opening anymore. I even tried uninstalling the app and re installing it. Please help me on this!!
