5 stars: I was confused as to why the official website for Gyu Kaku didn't let me reserve at first. The website recommended that OpenTable would work much better, and it did! In my experience, the app is convenient to use. From now on, I shall use this app on any restaurant that needs reservations so that I can avoid some of the hassle in official websites. Out with the old and in with the new, perhaps!

4 stars: In general, I LOVE this app. I use it for 80% of my bookings. I only wish more restaurants were on here. The only glitch I've encountered is difficulty editing reservations from time to time. If I need to make a change, or cancel, I usually end up having to call the restaurant instead of being able to do so from the app/online. Other than that, this app is the best!
