5 stars: This app can change your life as a rider...but please make the appearance of bookings right on the nearest location of the riders. Because the apps always show me bookings from more than 20 kilometers from my location and not showing all those near bookings. Please fix this problems.
3 stars: Best if we can see an image of the item to be picked up... Option in Lalamove client app that will require image or picture to be taken first before they can post it as an order/booking.
5 stars: Perfect app. Very useful and very helpful to both users and drivers. Convenient performance even on emergency. It helps peoples , it helps country and it helps the economy. God bless us all.
3 stars: So far its easy to use, very nice app, but got little bit problem, like distance, pls improve it, because customer sometimes they want fast delivery, even if it takes 15minit 30minit they cancel it, what about us? We drive half way already? They our petrol, our distance and time also wasted. Please improve the app, that who got nearby the order let them got the job, its fair and square.
3 stars: Nice app for extra income but please upgrade your system to receive pickup request within 5km radius. Wasting our time and petrol by travelling to pick up location for almost 10km.
4 stars: could be better.. especially with the fact that you should have more time to read through the order details if you are the nearest driver
