3 stars: The new version has become quite annoying. The new feature pop-ups can stop any time Make it a link instead. The app is not as configurable as the old version. Repetion of articles wastes time. And, most annoying of all, links don't always go to the article described.
3 stars: Unable to download e paper. Use on Samsung galaxy s2 tab and galaxy s8 phone. Unable to download e paper on either one. I get to the screen that states click on link to open pdf, and it does not respond. Tried waiting long periods of time and long pressing with no luck.
3 stars: good content, the font is inexplicably large, customer service is the terrible and had no idea how to help you. For some reason i have to log in from an app that's logged in to view some stories but not others.
3 stars: Biggest issue I have with the Tribune app is that it does not keep place if I switch to another app then back to finish reading the story - it always takes me back to the beginning. Same thing happens when I view an embedded video. Having a progress bar on the side to give me an idea how much of the article I've read would be the 2nd item I'd fix.
