3 stars: Great app. Only problem and for me it is a huge one I wish that there was a filter for the over 55 neighborhoods I get so excited about finding a house that I can finally afford only to see it is in a over 55 neighborhood. If they were to add this and a few more filter options would be a 5 out of 5
5 stars: More complete and accurate descriptions than the occasionally available listing broker handouts. The visuals, especially the satellite view, are helpful in gaining a sense of place. Plan drawings though rarely available, would be helpful to flippers and renovators. A Zillow main strength is its consistency: it is the same format throughout the nation.
4 stars: It doesn't take a genius 🧠 to navigate Zillow but i know that a 5 year old can't figure out all the way cool amazing stuff this app can do.🤹\u200d♀️ Congratulations and many thanks to all those who've breathed life into this technical marvel. I can say that this is one of my chosen apps that greatly improved my quality of life. 🤜💥🤛
3 stars: Website is much better than the app. The app seems to return very few result, like 3 when the website returns 100s. Thought I must've had some filters on but couldn't find them. Uninstalled the app, cleared data and cache. But still no improvement.
