5 stars: I love that the phrases are recorded professionally by people, rather than text-to-speech. I've also found that the spacing \u0026 occasional repetition of questions are really helpful in remembering phrases. The courses are also super in-depth! Thousand times better than Duolingo, especially with the cultural notes.
5 stars: This is a great supplement tool. I usually throw it on when I go fro my daily 1 hout walk or when driving 1 hour to school. You're forced to listen and repeat. It works, but you have to practice a few minutes a day.
4 stars: This app is great for learning languages, the only reason that I rated it four stars is that there is no placement test in the app, so if you already know some of a language you have to waste time learning stuff that you already know.
5 stars: Love this app! If you need help hearing a word, you can easily tap to repeat and hear it again (with phonetic spellings too). Informative cultural notes give context. Conversation based learning. Love it!
4 stars: Very effective way to learn languages. The vocab and phrases are useful for when you travel. The only thing that kinda bothers me is that I cannot remove a language from recent languages anymore :(
