3 stars: I used this app 4-5 times a week and i liked it a lot but this app doesn't have an option to make your own training and chose the poses you need, I have lower back pain and I can't do all the poses in 'Back pain relief'. That should be on your next update, if you want more user to use this app! Best wishes!
5 stars: I love it! It's set up really well for beginners and has more advanced classes as well. You can buy the advanced ones but you dont have to, you earn a point for every 10 minutes you spend practicing yoga through the app and you can use those to purchase anything in the app. I appreciate that it doesn't force you to pay money to get the most out of the app.

I Love going through the program each day, but sometimes I like to take a break from the program and use one of the many available single classes, such as the one for back pain. The poses are very well explained without sacrificing the challenge and relaxation of the program. My fiance and I use this app EVERY SINGLE morning!
5 stars: I've always wanted to do yoga but was overwhelmed trying to find a starting point and had very little knowledge. Thia app easily shows you how to do these poses and gives you the names at the same time. It's greatly helped me learn.
