5 stars: Being a fan of Slay the Spire (i can tell the devs are too) I was immediately hooked by the game. It's pretty fun to learn the cards and what works with what, I guess my only gripe is the number of cards and skill, cause for this kind of game variety is everything. Nonetheless I'm confident the devs will continue to upgrade the game and make it even better with time, very good job!
4 stars: Could be a bit more lenient in difficulty, not being able to heal unless you pay at the store is very difficult, as is having to take cards that don't fit your theme. Needs way more diversity between the characters aside from their abilities and starter decks (sometimes) the card pool is the same for everyone. There should be far more character specific cards and relics. Good start though!
5 stars: This game is fantastic for experienced deckbuilder players- its tuned up for good challenge (especially at inferno difficulty), there are many decent strategies, and there is a learning curve that rewards learning enemy attack patterns. Cards and classes are not perfectly balanced, but that's a good thing- they range from really good (Paladin) to quite challenging (Ranger) and most of them feel different to play.
