4 stars: I do really like it, fairly straightforward which is fine. Don't ever make it complicated please. Had my first account 'stolen' and had no help from Instagram about it. Had to right out off and start again which was a bit disappointing, maybe there should be something in place for incidents like that, I'm sure it happens all the time.
5 stars: Since the last update, a few days ago, I have NOT been able to access Instagram at all. The same for my husband. We both have Samsung Galaxy android phones. I sent an email to android support and have NOT heard back from them either.... Thank you support for fixing whatever the problem was. I am now able to get into my account, same goes for my husband.
4 stars: i have a year and a half old account, and i use this app all the time! but i believe due to, either the age of my account or my phone brand (samsung), my music for my stories will not work. i think it'd most likely be because of the age of my account because i have a 2nd account that is fairly new compared to my old one, it has the music option. i'd appreciate if you could possibly fix this!
3 stars: Instagram is a great app for connecting,but the actual report system is absolute trash. Even when you report animal porn videos,they don't remove anything. To top that,the app constantly crashes for certain people,and for me,it stopped working and when I deleted it,it was no longer available for download. It's bull to be honest. It should be able to work.
