5 stars: Ok folks the UI in the Name stands for user interface, it is not really an app per se it is the systems way to to communicate with you. It is the thing that puts the buttons on your screen so you can use your phone. It does just about everything and anything to do with making your phone usable.
3 stars: I dont know what happened but when i try to go to the home screen it just flashes and goes to the settings then nothing. I had a hell of a time getting into my contacts and then it was the messages.. what a nightmare.
