I had many points of contact through SMS, phone, and the in-app chat with customer service and pharmacists guiding me through the process of transferring and processing my first order. When the order was ready to ship, a pharmacist called to go over any last minute questions or concerns then it shipped and arrived only 2 days later. So far, so good!
