3 stars: Crashes and stops playing intermittently, but definitely a much better app and overall experience than it used to be. The ability to upload files into the listener's library would make this service more competitive. Ps4 integration is a nice bonus, and it is easy to set up. Long-press to Like a listed song would be super helpful, but that's just because I'm lazy. Would be nice for batch-liking songs in an album, though.
4 stars: I haven't had a problem with this app in the 4+ years I've had premium. overall I'm very satisfied with the app. music plays clearly, easy to navigate, wide selection, etc. but lately it's been doing this thing where it won't play my liked songs in order. I'll pick a song and then it plays a random song from in the playlist, when I'd like it to go in order. any fixes? once I'm able to fix this, I'll bump the rating to 5.
5 stars: I've been a Spotify user for years, and I love it. But, for the last two months the player on the app won't work right. I can't change songs from outside the app or the music won't stop when I watch a video. Also, it just goes offline after a certain time, and I'll have to close out the app and re open if I need to search a new song. Very frustrating from an app I've used for so long.
