3 stars: It was great in the beginning... But for some reason, it crashes often, refuses to play songs even though they are saved offline, I struggle to open the app without a hassle. I thought I had an outdated version of the app but even after I had updated it, it is still slow, refuses to play the songs I've saved offline and it's frustrating. I do enjoy this app alot and am even a VIP member at that but please fix the bugs. Much appreciated.
5 stars: It's good to hear music, but I think Joox is having a pretty serious error now. When you hear music from My Favourite list at first when you open it, you can hear all of songs you added, but then you switch to your own playlist, after that change again to at My Favourite, you can only play 24 last added songs and rest of songs that you added/download can't played. Can you fix this problem? :(
3 stars: I used to really love it until I recently updated. Now I can't play many songs because I'm on the free one( I'm not paying). I always need to have data to play music. Now its pretty useless having joox because if I don't have data I can barely listen to any thing. I'm really disappointed and I HATE the new updated joox!!
5 stars: For me, it's a great music platform with awesome features. It's very convenient to be used and provides a great number of songs of various genres. But, for Karaoke, I can't sing most myanmar old songs. I hope it can make it out soon. Overall, it's great and fun.
